Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Furananko does, but not all of country because the unknown part of buyer country. Please contact furananko if buyer wants to buy from country that is not in the choice of shipping rates and we will talk about it!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

My package is stuck in the designated postmail and the post said i have to travel to the post to get the mail? Can i reroute the mail to my house?
Please contact your own postmail if this is happening to you. This is to prevent people not paying taxes that they should paid. Furananko does not have power to contact your postmail to make door to door service works for you. If you refuse and still rerouting, chances are within 1 month the package will be returned to furananko and no, furananko will not send the package back. Furananko is sorry for this statement but it's in the rules now.

What is the difference between US and USA (AIR CARGO)?
The biggest difference between these two is the service. The US service is for people who wants to take cheaper shipping but willing to go to the postmail if they are called to. The USA (AIR CARGO) will send your package all the way to your door. It's called door-to-door service. The price is already include the 3% covid prevention. However AIR CARGO doesn't involve tax, VAT, Permit, Fumigation, Covid Surchage (in the country) and Remote Area.
Currently AIR CARGO only being tested for USA because the USA postal has two different way to operate.
